A FEW COMMENTS...
I really hope that this can be a fun, relaxed, friendly class. I am gearing it so that an absolute beginner should be able to fit in without feeling intimidated. But there will also be plenty of material for people who have already been running for awhile. Since this is an in-classroom course, no one here has to see you run. But it would be a good place to hook up with other runners, if you like. You are also welcome to join any of the Visalia Runners training runs.
